KATHMANDU, Oct 14: The TU´s Institute of Medicine (IOM) has postponed the MBBS entrance exams by a week to accommodate students of ISc under Tribhuvan University (TU) whose second year results has been delayed.
The deadline for submitting forms that was to end Thursday have been pushed till October 27 while the exams that were to be conducted on November 6 and 7 will now be conducted on November 14 and 15, according to a notice by the management on Wednesday.
Students from TU, who have yet to get their second year results, can now submit forms by showing their passed marksheet of first year and exam admit card of the second year.
"The management expects the TU to publish results soon and the students have to submit their second year results while getting the admit card for the entrance exams," said Sudan Thapa, secretary of the Free Student´s Union at the Maharajgunj Campus.
